Design
The design is the technical roadmap that our team will utilize to build the solution. Based on the knowledge gained during discovery, a detailed technical specification will be produced. Upon completion of the design, the plan will be reviewed with stakeholders to ensure the final product will meet expectations. Depending on complexity, this may also involve creation wireframes and process flow diagrams that will be approved prior to development.

Development
With the technical specification in hand, our developers will get to work and create your solution. A rigorous testing process will be used to ensure that the end product is as bug free as possible. If applicable, a staging version of the application will be made available for review and fine tuning based on feedback prior to deployment.

Deployment
The final step is to deploy the project. During this phase we'll have an open line of communication with end users to ensure the solution functions as excpected. Any necessary adjustments will be made based on user feedback. For larger applications, an automated system will be incorporated to alert the Eloquent team if an application error occurs and a support process will be established. For those under an ongoing maintenance agreement, support is always available (24x7x365) with a live technician typically available to assist within hours.
